We are located 1 ½ miles south of Dennison on State Route 800 SE in Uhrichsville, Ohio.

You can use our online booking system HERE or call us on 740-229-0900 to discuss your booking.

$150 if you have no alcohol, add $100 for beer/wine deposit, refunded if no cleaning or damages or repairs needed. Must pay $250 total to secure booking.
$250 booking for weddings or events with hard alcohol, with an additional $100 deposit damages, repairs and cleaning. Must pay $350 total to secure booking.

All bookings are for a whole day, and you can access the venue from 7am -11pm, 7 days a week, every day except Christmas.
Where possible and upon request, the venue can be available the night before and morning after a booking for cleaning and decorating. You MUST obtain permission for this arrangement from the venue owner.

Bookings are for a whole day, 16 hours from 7am-11pm, INCLUDING setup and teardown/cleaning time, unless other arrangements are made directly with the venue owner.

Our venue holds approximately 80 people seated.

Our kitchen has large counters with many plugs for crock pots and roasters. It has a large microwave and refrigerator. In addition it has an ice maker at the drink counter.

We have a ramp at our entrance. The men’s restroom also doubles as an accessible restroom.

There are 10 round tables which are 5’ in diameter and 2 oblongs which are 6’ long.

We do allow decorating the space, but any damage to walls, fixtures and fittings will be subject to loss of deposit. You may remove the existing decorations and place your own. You may change the arrangement of the tables, if you use additional chairs, return them to the storage area.

Yes, all tables and chairs can be moved, or removed from the main area, but must remain in the building and returned to their places at the end of your booking, or risk losing your deposit.

Yes, the building must be left in the condition that you found it, this must be done within your booking time. The trash should be bagged and placed as instructed on the information sheet on the refrigerator.
